Refund Policy – Sattvic Ceylon wellness

At Sattvic, we value transparency and fairness. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Consultations & Treatments

•   Payments made for Ayurvedic consultations, Panchakarma treatments, massages, and wellness sessions are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
•   If you need to reschedule, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed subject to availability.
•   No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.

Products
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
